This sounds like they could make a new versoin of Alice's Restaurant about it.
Also, I think a finger wave and a marcel wave are close enough to each other that they shouldn't be in the same multiple choice answer. Or maybe I have misunderstood what one of them is.
I also agree with JZ in re the pixie cut actually being an updo.

Our great cause has its martyrs! Do martyrs get feast days or is that just saints?
Long time, no post. I would very much like to be drinking a marguerita soon. Hmm. Perhaps this is a time to bug out early and just come in on the weekend to finish things up.
Inverness is a posh suburb of Chicago.
Inverness is a very pretty quaint West Marin community out here.

Oh look, Camilla and the Prince out there, huh.

It might help not to advertise on the Internets. Not everyone has them.
Thank you! I'm starting to get a little righteous about not having a home computer. Course that doesn't stop me from being on one during the day...

Martyrs are a class of saint, and even if you haven't gotten all the merit badges for sainthood you can be classified as Venerable or Blessed and get a feast day.

Cool. We should serve cakes based on the ones in the cake disaster blog, and then ritually stab the misplaced quote marks and whatnot. And then, of course, eat them.
Kristin, I think your brain and mine are enjoying margaritas on a beach somewhere. Wish I could join them.
Me, too.
I got a 100% on the Shakespeare and missed 2 on the hairstyles. Based on others here, the 2 I missed should have been correct. I'm sure Elvis had a duck tail in that photo and the marcel and the finger wave are too similar to have been choices for the same question.
I made the brownies for WindSparrow.
I used one less egg, 2/3 cup cheap Mexican vanilla instead of 1-1/2 cups water. 1/2 stick of butter, 1/2 package American Neufchâtel cream cheese, and 1/2 package of York branded Peppermint Pattie chips.
Oh, and I used one box of "Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Premium Cake Mix, Butter Recipe Chocolate with Artificial Butter Flavor and 1 CUP of PUDDING in the mix for EXTRA MOIST CAKE!"
I'm like that with pretty much everything.
I feel bad and dread dealing iwth it and so I put it off, and then it gets worse and so I put it off. It's not the library books themselves, or even the librarians, it's just my own weird avoidance issues.
God, this. Yes. It is Very Fucked Up, and difficult to explain to non-insane people when I fail to manage the avoidywoidy stuff, and the snowball snowballs just the way I knew it would. Because, yes, the answer is clearly 'just pull yourself together and get the fuck on with it', but Captain Logic has been booted off the tugboat entirely. (I suspect that depression may work in a similar, paralyzing, common-sense-defying way? Possibly?)
I love Captain Logic and his tugboat. I just had to say.
