At my worst -- my library fines were 20 dollars a month. Bookstores -- 50 dollars is the minimum purchase. Current library fines are about 10.00 every 6 months. I'm going to be in a research study on Tuesday for arthritis. The screener was so excited, "Oh, you qualify! We almost never get someone who can't afford the medication!"
