The low level clouds are black and racing across the sky while the upper level streaks are stationary and tinted with aqua and orange like they are Dolphin fans. To the south lighting and rain. If it wasn't in the 80s both for temp and humidity and the bugs weren't so hungry I could actually sit outside for a while. The light show is finished now anyway.
ION, my baby is 14 tomorrow. It is also the 20th anniversary of DH and I starting our business. This is the first time that I noticed that both events were Aug 22nd. I celebrate Bobby every year, but this is the first time that I thought about the actual day one of the business. (maybe it occurred to me on the 10th year thing, but if so I forgot)
Laura, you had a new four-year-old for the 10th anniversary. I think that gives you a pass on remembering anything that isn't making trouble right in your face at that very moment.

I think I just got all my insurance certificates lined up for my next couple of gigs, dear doG that takes a lot of effort.
I've also now rented a storage unit for the extra gear that I have, as well as a space to park one of my work trucks. Yes, that's right ONE of my work trucks, it looks like I'll be buying a second one in the new couple of weeks.

OMG, tired. This whole 6AM alarm thing is for the pits.
Dear me yes. I fell asleep, finally, around 3 this morning, so I got all of 3 hours of sleep. Got a lot done in my room and cleared up some scheduling stuff with my principal. Unlike GG's DD, my principal was totally accomodating and wonderful and completely understood why we (me and the vocal music teacher) wanted the changes.
Found out that our day is starting 5 minutes later this year. They added time to the HS, and needed to shift our schedule to accomodate busses. No big deal for us, really.
