Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
oops good thing nobody was in range of the office. I just said, "$13 for shipping? Are you fucking crazy?!" But we just paid $31 for an $18 popcorn scoop. Expletives are necessary.
meara coming up:
First, WS, it's OK to laugh at the sticky-footed cat. I do a re-enactment (complete with sound effects) of her walking across the floor (I giggle a lot). And understand - this was an older, chubby, seriously over-indulged cat; she put up as much of a fight as she could when my sister cleaned her paws, but it was mostly wriggling (at that point she was down to one eye and two teeth ... and fat).
Jen, I saw that show on cuttlefish - aren't they fascinating? weird-looking, but fascinating.
vw - I've developed a taste for the historical telenovelas; they tend to have pirates (hot pirates!).
ND, I'm sorry you're having the problems you are, but I'm glad vw could help (the hivemind to the rescue again).
And, apropos of absolutely nothing, the Red Army Choir ROCKS. (no, really)

okay, that was kind of awesome. I like the end, and the guy playing his xylophone with such enthusiasm.
Okay, that video fucking rocked!
And I have a feeling that somewhere little boys are playing air balalaika ....
The enunciation on "Sweet home, Alabama" was KILLING me.
The whole thing ... the choir in their cold war era uniforms, smiling and rocking out (and the guy with the ... sousaphone? and the giant ... balalaika?).
Oh man, that must have been a fun concert.
pout. I shouldn't have sought out the land hermit crab fanciers' blogs. They seem like sweet shy creatures who do not deserve to be tortured for our entertainment. I want to write a letter to the TV show that showed it but I don't remember which one of the many survival shows I was watching. Did anyone else see it?
