Xander: How? What? How? Giles: Three excellent questions.

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Good luck today, Sparky.

Best wishes to K-Bug in starting college.

My nephew D is starting school in a couple of weeks. He's taking a robotics class as one of his electives and he wants to take fencing lessons. I'm so proud of him. He's becoming such an amazing young man.

Ok, K-Bug's address is posted in lj under my b.org filter. If you are interested and can't see the post, drop me an e-mail with your lj name and I'll get you in the filter.

Y'all are too wonderful for words.

I'm very tired and do not want to be up. Last night was a bad night. Very emotionally draining. I have not slept well since S got back, and my back is killing me this morning.

I think they think that Jerry Springer is an anomaly.

Oh, dear. Have them come stay with me for a few days, and I'll introduce them to some of my neighbors. We've got Greek, Hispanic, Italian, African American, and then the Gen Xer yuppies that are starting to move in. And just about all of them are passionate yellers. The stuff I see while walking Toto is something else. Actually, I've been tempted to write a piece about what would happened if we actually dealt with some of the neighborhood issues on a talk show. Hmmm...maybe I'll write a hypothetical for my blog post tomorrow. That could be totally fun and hysterical.

Yeah? Ok. YAY! I have an idea. I've been wondering what I'd write about tomorrow. I figured it'd be something about Spanish. And it might still be framed around that, actually. Oh, goodie! I can't wait to write it.

Back to work, Bug!

Our wings are not tired.

I supplement with Rosetta Stone

That is what Bobby and I were using this summer. It resulted in much laughter and frivolity, which was a bonus. Must try it with the whole family.

So, it sounds like this program is actually fairly decent? I've been considering picking it up to freshen up my Spanish, which totally sucks even with 5 semesters of college Spanish and 3 years in Spain. I think I just learned it too late in life. I've never gotten to the point where I can think in the language, which I could in high school with German. Although, get me drunk, then I speak fairly decent Spanish, because I'm more relaxed and don't care about making mistakes.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I was going to post this in the tech thread, but this woman needs to be a Buffista:

She invented a way to make cheap solar cells using a pizza oven, nail polish and an ink jet printer.
