Lorne: Snakes? Uh-huh. And they came out of your what? Okay. Okay, well, did they get up there themselves or is this part of a, you know, a thing? No, I'm not judging...Do we fight snakes? Angel: Only if they're giant. Or demons. Or giant demons. Are they giant demon snakes? Lorne: Well, unless this guy's 30 feet tall, I'm thinking they're of the garden variety.

Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

{{{{{ND}}}}} and much ~ma to you.

Today was a half day because of TS Fay. Of course, there has been very little rain. DD called a faculty meeting for 7 this morning to micromanage our day. As classes were starting DD came over the intercom to tell everyone that teachers had to work a full day regardless of what happened with the students. Later he came over the intercom to let teachers know we could leave for lunch after the kids were gone; however, we were required to attend a faculty meeting at 2 pm. We get into the faculty meeting and, after listening to him ramble for 10 minutes he told us we could leave for the day because we had "earned it". Gosh he is a micromanaging jerk!

The school is insane, too. I was doing 'warm body counts' for my classes today. First block: 23 kids, Second block: 12 kids, Third block: 34 kids, Fourth block: 16 kids. Yeah, my 3rd block has all my Drama students in it; yet, they tell me there aren't enough kids in that class to make 2 classes. Is it me or are they on crack?

Is the week over, yet? I'm exhausted and my feet are killing me. Gronk.

You and your family are in my thoughts, Drew.

OK, now I have to ask what DD stands for, because I missed the origin story. I am making up some fun things, though...

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Anyone remember me fussing about AT&T trying to hit me with a $1,500 deposit? Well, after spending over an hour in the store and probably 2-3 hours on the phone to a zillion different departments later, they have finally removed the charge. I even have an e-mail confirmation. Once we got the right people talking it was a snap - but geeeze, to get to that point. Whack-a-loon.

Our wings are not tired.

I vote Deplorable Douchenozzle.

Also, tired of Fay coverage now.

{{Drew}} I'm sorry there is so much on your plate and that so much of that is emotionally draining. Strength to you. Try and work some you time into the schedule somehow.

Dense Dork, Damned Dickwad, Deplorable Douchenozzle.

I love all of these. They are interchangeable with Draconian Dictator.

Heh, yeah, Deplorable Douchenozzle is the arena in which I was making my guesses.

I always take a double take cause I used to use DD as Dear Daughter before K-Bug got otherwise nicknamed.

I know at various points some folks have asked if they could get a Diablo Sound T-Shirt or jacket or otherwise. I'm placing an order soon for another run of items before I start work on Halloween Horror Nights. If anyone still wants one send me an e-mail at my profile addy and I'll let you know the cost.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Woohoo! They sprung us from jury duty at 2:30 - no trials this afternoon. So my service is over for another year.
