vw, the class disappeared? That is really odd. But then, it can't be an incomplete either (if it doesn't exist.)
Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
A week later, she was sitting in the office of the Dean of Education along with the University professor explaining how it had all been "just a misunderstanding and really, Barbara's one of the best students in the department," and my grade was changed to the A it should've been in the first place. By the next fall she was no longer the head of the department and by the next spring, she was let go. Turns out I wasn't the only student she'd done this to-- I was just the first one who'd had the balls to take her on.
Oh, wow!
vw, the class disappeared?
Yeah! It is so odd. When I told the coordinator of the honors department she didn't believe me. She was like, "This has never happened before! So many students would WISH this would happen to their incompletes!"
VW, best of luck. Geez what a strange situation!
:: kermit waves :: to PixK! I hope you make connecting flight.
My super long day begins as soon as I get my ass in the shower.
My concern vw is that it's deeply wrong to let a student do the amount of work you've done and not oversee its completion. I can see how it's more communications than English, but that was built into it from the get-go, shouldn't be a surprise.
Part of me feels like this is the life of a researcher...isn't it always a challenge to get other people involved/interested in your work?
You are getting good advice,vw. good luck!

Ugh! All of the sudden this morning our pipes started making awful noises and now we have a huge leak in our ceiling. Our upstairs neighbor is not home and our landlord won't call back. Oh, and we no longer have any hot water.
Eeep, that doesn't sound good, sj. How is TCG doing after his accident?
He's sore and worried about the money for a new car. Luckily he's home today to help deal with this. Landlord is on his way.
