We're at sea all tonight and tomorrow, so we can't get home early. His flight is on Sunday. I'm going to be flying standby Sunday since my flight isn't until Monday morning night now. Please send tons of ~ma to his mom and their family.

AAAAH! Sorry to hear it, Kristin! All the ~ma in the world for her and you two and everybody.
The thing is, any surgery is hugely risky for her because of her heart condition and the fact she's on major blood-thinning medication. Add that to the fact that no one can even bear to think about how this recovery is going to happen...well, it's a bad situation. I just want Drew and his family to get a little peace. That's all I want. Dammit.
Oh, Kristin, that's awful! I'm so sorry that this stuff just keeps on coming.
In way lighter news, you guys are sort of semi-close to us! Closer than any other buffista, anyway.
