Wild monkey love or tender Sarah McLachlan love?

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

And I'm between 5'5" and 5'6", weigh 135, and wear an 8 (though am thinking it might be time to move to a 10 - tight pants!). Like Cash, I also felt "fat" as a young adult when I was a size 6 and like 115 lbs. If I have a daughter, I will do everything in my power to help her love her body. Damned media having everyone thinking you have to be a size 0 to look good.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Just filled out the online form at Salle Auriol asking to sign up for the September beginner class! Whee!

Which means that in September I'll have something going on three weeknights in a row, which is not a workable schedule long-term with the parenting and marriage and the writing that's essentially a part-time job. But if I stick with fencing, I'll probably cut my choir commitment back to just the Advent and Lent/Easter choirs, at least till I've been through all the basic classes and can have a more flexible fencing schedule.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

WindSparrow, I'm coming over to sit with you, because you said pretty much everything I think every single day. Everybody doesn't need to pat my hair or anything, I just think it's important to know that you're not the only one. (It makes it a little easier for me, somehow, thinking that I'm not the only one.)

I think we've gotta work on transplanting consciousness, because I'm so over this body and would like a new one.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I am not fat/overweight and healthy. However - my diabetes showed up when I was at my lowest weight and I was working out 4- 7 days a week. I was doing exactly what i was supposed to do . and my BP went high when my asthma showed up.sorry , but losing weight isn't going to help. possibly less medication , but never down to none again.

OTH, I am doing more healthy things for me than I ever could before. I broke the habit of eating an entire box of cookies or bag of potato chips at one sitting. and I can no longer claim the title "world's best couch potato". I may not exercise( as much as I need to) in the formal sense, but I get very restless after sitting for more than an hour. I have to get up and do something.

ION, there is a bootcamp starting next month not far from me. Friends are doing it. I am thinking about it.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I'm 5'7", 155 pounds, and usually a size 12, sometimes a 10, sometimes a 14. I can fit into Torrid's clothing most of the time, I know that. For me, it doesn't matter what weight I'm at, what matters is how often and well I'm exercising. No exercise equals a depressed and body image demon-ridden juliana.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I got stung by a wasp last Thursday on one of my toes. It's still a little swollen, and the combination of ow, swelling, and did I mention ow? has kept me from running over the past few days. Today I biked around a lot (doable in sandals that don't rub my toe) which made me feel a lot better. I've found I kind of like running, and I miss it when I can't do it.

My running group's starting up again at the end of August, and I'm looking forward to getting back with them.

See, this is why I don't get sizing, because I weigh much more than that (how much more I find out tomorrow) and yet the sizing is about the same.
