No reason to stress, this means that they did not do their job, not that there is anything wrong with you.
Reasons why people I work with are incompetent: I sent a excel list of students' names to someone, who forwarded it to our printing and graphics department to use in the design of a program. I get an email saying "Printing and Graphics can't open the list, please convert it to a Word document" Are you fucking kidding me? CUT AND PASTE, PEOPLE!!!! I know that they have both programs, so why is that so goddamned hard to figure out.
