Speaking of real estate, my cab driver this afternoon was saying I must have a good job to live in my neighborhood -- I told him I'm paying the same price for a one-bedroom now that I paid for a studio in Manhattan 9 years ago! But the real story is the fact that he owns a house in Long Island that he rents out and makes enough to cover the mortgage, his current rent PLUS some extra! Dag. This is why it is good to invest in real estate.
