Dinner was good, if not correct. I didn't want the tikka masala to be out of a jar, and although it was a dish invented in Europe, I don't think it was meant to be served with penne. It was just simpler than rice.

Oh, I know that. You know me and my weird food issues. I've been craving carbs a lot, but it is passing. Does make for some interesting fantasy combos, though. I'm trying to stick with my habits of late (short on pasta) because the results (if they can be attributed, and I don't know that) are nice. Even if they make me go shopping.
