They say you can ride the bus with an animal in a carrier, but again, the thought of it just makes me horrified-- the meowing! Everyone looking at me!
Yeah, either get over that or take the cab.... I am lucky that the vet a couple of blocks from me is just fine.

My city is contracutiing a bus station/theater/community college downtown, where there is nothing, and I think tat it will suck for bus riders! What are they doing?
