What she said.
peopled should be a word. IJS.
It is, if you want to say something like "The valley was soon peopled with refugees from the war."
Turns out the UCLA ER received 50 cases from the crash. Going in at 1AM was well worth it, because killing time is better done in the comfort if my own home, if home killing must be done.
Ouch, sumi... :: instead rant about insurance and medical necessity::
Oh, sumi, I meant to say that Roger Federer's dance after the US Open win was terribly cute. It's great to see emotion from him of the gleeful sort--I remember when he used to cry after winning and you couldn't tell he was the victor.
Hated that, what with me being all allergic and all.
Okay, now I gotta go hunt through every CD I own to find my copy of MS Project. I promised an interviewer I could provide them a project plan in that format, but forgot that I hadn't installed it on the new machine yet. I'm amazed and a bit disenchanted that they asked first for a real project plan. That either makes me a nut or a thief--if it happened at work, it's work product. If not, who does project plans in their off duty time?

Indeed. That's... odd.
One of the nicer things about my newish job (I'm at 18 months now) is that I haven't had to use MS Project in all that time. And the only spreadsheets I use have text, no formulas. Yay.
ita, I can't tell you how many times I rewound to watch that throughout the week. We don't often see him that happy.
Man, I just heard on tv that Michelle Obama is going to be on "Paula's Party" next Friday.
I never, ever wanted to watch that show and now I may have to.

Yikes, all the way around.
Shir, that sounds like a nice weekend.
Also, I would like to be on a pub trivia boat cruise!
Shir, I had hair that color for just about 5 years - I went back to black last week b/c I just don't have time to keep up a bright color anymore. But I highly recommend it (and the brand Special Effects)!
but I just know that somewhere along my first year in university I'd feel like a paper/books robot, and I'll have to dye my hair that color, to remind myself I still have some free will and personality. They may be mostly stored in my hair, but there are somewhere there.
A friend of mine who's a corporate lawyer once had a layer of bright pink dyed into the underside of her hair. She could put it in a rubber band, and it was completely invisible. Of course, when it was out, it was still pretty subtle.
Boat quiz was v. Fun, despite the cheating cheaters who cheat who scored our sheet. We came in third once we redid the math. Also, the quiz is run and half populated by Brit soccer players, so the answer I'm hearing for Alyson is that at the start of the tournament they draw for home team status.
