Hey! I still occasionally use Friendster. For all definitions of "occasionally use" that equal "check in with this guy I did some improv with six or seven years ago because I have no idea how else to keep in touch with him."
Though even that is worth it--when we worked together doing street theatre, everyone made ick-faces and told me he was a sleazy dog and I'd have to watch out to make sure he didn't grope me and do vile shit, but none of that ever came to pass. Plus, he was always great with kids, and it was so cool to stumble on him in Friendster last year and discover that he's since had a daughter, upon whom he dotes with ever fiber of his being. Which I totally could have predicted, although apparently nobody else could have.
ION, curse all y'all for making me want to watch 90210 again. I don't have time!
