Zillow seems about right for my street. Although it doesn't reflect the house 3 doors down that was put on the market for 269,900 (about $20k more than what they've been selling for) and had an Under Contract sign put on it almost immediately. I know they did a lot of work on the place but still...they are all the same size and basic configuration.

Zillow givesus about 100K over what er bought it has gone up and downby about 20K over the last to years.There are some things we would have to do to really get that money, but they are on the list anyway.
Ok, good news, good news! I am staying in Brooklyn tonight, and there's film shoot down the street. I've been past plenty of them, but never stopped to watch. Guess what it is? A Christmas special-- a *muppet* Christmas special! And the scene we saw? Had Waldorf and Statler! Everyone was happy! Even the PAs were exceptionally nice!
