Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

You guys, I just saw Wheeler from LO:CI at the coffee shop, and I have never seen anyone be so nice at 8 in the morning. I knew I liked her!

I like her, too! She's my hometown neighbor. Kind of.

She also mentioned there were lots of spectator-like shoes at Macy's.

Ooh, nice! And I am totally going to Macy's tonight!

hip deep in pie

This would have been the Macy's in Philly, but I am guessing their stock would be similar.

Can we nap in the black hole? I'm fine with oblivion as long as it involves napping.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Can we nap in the black hole? I'm fine with oblivion as long as it involves napping.

As long as you don't mind a little spaghettification, sure.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

The book review section in Sunday's paper had several review of sciencey books in a group. The title? "What goes in the black hole stays in the black hole"

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

when is the black hole schedualed?

Any time today. Destroying the Universe is complicated. There are lots of little details to get right.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

According to CNN, they've already kicked it off. Immediate destruction doesn't seem to be on the agenda, but who knows - maybe we'll get pulled into a black hole REALLLLLY SLOWWWWWWLLLLY.

Also, check the Google picture of the day.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

when is the black hole scheduled?

According to what I read, the first experiment that has the risk of creating black holes is scheduled to the beginning of 2009. This is just a test run.

And now I remembered I still didn't read "Black Hole". I have to give it a priority, considering.
