The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Perkins is now just toying with us.

Well, yeah.

Our wings are not tired

My weekend. Sitting in tech and previews for friday night and much of Saturday. If things are in good shape then I'll go down to San Diego Sunday morning to see mom in the nursing home for a bit, then back to LA for a meeting in the afternoon and another one in the evening.

I am home. There is nothing more I can do beyond checking my email. I'm still vibrating. Not that it was stressful in the panicky sense (though there is reason for that for some, but not me! I didn't break it!) but in the 100mph for 9 hours straight. And it isn't over. My boss actually kicked me out.

This weekend I am coming down, getting a haircut, buying another softsided cat carrier and um....something. I've got a twofer vet appt for my cats Thurs, and the one for the kitten on Friday for shots and test. Then we'll schedule the snipping. I almost didn't get that done.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

This weekend I am coming into the office and installing a scanner, then scanning about a zillion documents to make up for The Big Fuck Up. But I am also going to a movie and hanging out with the DH, so I got that to look forward to!

Speaking of clothes that fit. Tuesday, when I wore the pants that fit and the new bras that fit, I got the first observation that I'd lost weight from someone who sees me almost every day. Not swimming in my clothes helps.

My mom keeps asking if I'm gonna have to take up yoga (because of the crazy.) You know what? I think I'm going to do my equivalent and lie down and pretend to nap.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

The boob discussion was interesting. I am small to be considered big, but can pull off big big because of my waist and frame - if that makes sense.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am home. There is nothing more I can do beyond checking my email. I'm still vibrating.

Sit back and relax!

ION, I just got spoiled for The Wire by a freaking crossword puzzle. Not that it wasn't something I could have predicted, but STILL.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

can't run without a sports bra (so, like, if I'm going somewhere in regular clothes and I see the bus half a block away, and the only way to make it would be by running, I'm just going to take the next bus)

I saw Kristen Chenoweth on something last year, and she had to run down stairs, and she did that thing where she basically clutched her hands to her chest and extended her neck to peer outward as she descended, and I was like, "Real breasted woman!!" Because I do that.

The #1 thing that annoys me about large breasts is that, when they're small, they're always real. (With extremely rare exception.) Big ones, pop culture seems to treat them the same if they're real or not (i.e., applies standards as if they are not, e.g. "Exactly how painful would it be to wear a chin-shelf contraption?" Answer if they're real: actually, very painful), which is patent nonsense and insulting to boot.
