I accidentally caught Bill! I miss him.

God DAMN, do I miss Bill Clinton.
And I gotta say, well done, Big Doggie. Well done indeed.
Me, too, Jesse. I just caught the end of the speech. Also, in completely shallow observation: Chelsea turned out to be a gorgeous young woman.
"Thanks, but no thanks." Heh.
Mom! The New York Times is taunting me with shiny new digital SLRs that I can't afford!
Sue, I'm not even going to click that link. I'm dying to get a digital SLR, but I'm trying to be fiscally responsible for the first time in my life, so for right now, I'm holding off.
Though I should start doing some research on DSLRs so that I can mention it to Mom Santa for Christmas.
I liked the line about impressing the world with the power of our example rather than the example of our power. I'm not sure it's original but it's good.
I love him. And damn if he didn't play his role to a T. Tee? Anyway. I don't care what his actual personal feelings are, that was the perfect speech for him to make at this convention.
And yeah, Chelsea looks great.
All of these speeches about what Obama is going to do are reminding me of the South Park song about Brian Boitano.
I liked the line about impressing the world with the power of our example rather than the example of our power.
I agree quester.
Man, I know it is standard, there's historical precedent, it is politically suicide not to, and I know I'm in the minority, but I am really tired of politicians godblessing me and my country.
I'm fine with individuals (friends or even strangers when we find ourselves interacting) godblessing me. I appreciate the sentiment that prompts it, though I might not share the faith. But otherwise? Meh.
