You're wrong about River. River's not on the ship. They didn't want her here, but she couldn't make herself leave. So she melted... Melted away. They didn't know she could do that, but she did.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The Adams are hard! I clearly can't M Baldwin (politics), and I don't really want to C either of the others. Hmm. Maybe I'll sign on to the Dana plan as well.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Am bored at work waiting for a document to come in. Anyway, I'm listening to a cd of Russian pop that my brother's fiance made for me. Neat! If you're interested, I threw some of it up here: [link]

Unfortunately I lost the track info when I copied it into my iTunes (and it was all in cyrillic to begin with). One of these days I'll get her or my brother to id them for me.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

The only thing I really don't like about Adam Beach is his vocal delivery--it's so slow and deliberate that he sounds dull and monotone. He was much more expressive in Flags of Our Fathers, even when his character wasn't drunk.

I started watching the Mystery adaptations of Tony Hillerman's books because of Beach's starring in them, but then I was drawn to the hotness that is Wes Studi. Gorgeous man, great actor.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Calli, I hope for the simplest with your father.

I can't answer the Adam question, but for Matts...I go with Dana. F Cedeno, C Fox (it's a thing, even though he looks pretty enough), M Damon (looks like such a sweetie).

Perkins, you forgot a quotation mark in your Matt Damon link, so I put it in.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I am as one with Dana on the Adams.

F Fox, C Cedeno, M Damon.

And I'm nodding like a bobblehead at Kathy's love for Studi.
