Overwhelming? How much more than whelming would that be exactly?

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Wow. That was a lot of Natter to catch up on.

Ha! That Kyoto link looks more like a Jindo than Shiba. Shibas usually have tighter tails.

But really, they are mostly just scale-models of each other. We had friends with a sesame shiba who looked EXACTLY like a half-scale Kuma. They looked each other over, like "WTF?"

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

A sample-sized Kuma!

Oh, java, his adorable! How long ago was that?

That was a lot of Natter to catch up on.

Didn't seem like it while I was at it.

A student here, who doesn't speak much Hebrew (he's from Germany) was bit by something he's apparently allergic to, because he started to develop a rash all over his body and his foot is swollen. I called a medic and everything, and I'm trying to translate as best I can to all sides, but he's stressed with a deadline of his own and he clearly didn't need that to start his day, poor guy.

a half-scale Kuma

Babushka dogs. Only, you know, without the part of being inside each other.

Poor German dude.

I'm afraid to ask when's the last time Nilly got some sleep.

Only, you know, without the part of being inside each other.

Cause that would be icky!

Lori and I used to joke that shibas are apartment-sized, jindos are house-sized and akitas are ranch-sized.

You can totally see the differences, though they are slight, between the two breeds in this youtube: [link]

But it could lead to somebody linking Dogs in Elk, though, right?

I'm afraid to ask when's the last time Nilly got some sleep.

I fell asleep here for an hour and a bit, when I couldn't keep my eyes open. I wish I thought about bringing a toothbrush and some toothpaste, though. To close an ick-circle of a post.

also, javachick, does Chile rub on your head if your hair is wet?

Our wings are not tired.

Oh, java, his adorable! How long ago was that?

May of 2002.

And Nilly, I hope your friend is able to figure out what allergic reaction he's having! How scary.

also, javachick, does Chile rub on your head if your hair is wet?

Hmmmm, I don't know that I've ever been close to her with my wet hair. Why, what does Kuma do? Sounds ridiculously cute.

Chile Pepper getting a bath. (My boyfriend has an entire set called "the Bean" on Flickr devoted to her. I actually think Steven is Chile's boyfriend, instead of mine.)
