Jesse, what's in the salad? I love couscous, and need some stuff I can premake for lunch or for when I get home late at night this week.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's got olives (two kinds!), tomatoes, feta, parsley, and just lemon juice and olive oil. Delish.

Ooh, and that stew looks yum, too!

On the Olympics, having fewer packages and more sports has got to be cheaper, doesn't it? (In addition to being more awesome, I mean.) This morning on the weight lifting, they mentioned that the American was the 31-year-old mother of an autistic child, but they didn't send a whole crew to her house last month to film her with said child, etc.

Teh YUM! Kalamata and green cracked garlic olives would work, yes?

Regular couscous, or a specific flavor? (I love the Near East couscouses. Couscousi? or is couscous a singular AND a plural? Huh.)

That's almost exactly what I had -- I had kalamata in the fridge, and bought the spicy green ones.

And it was the TJ's Israeli cous cous/grain mix, but since it was a take-off of this, any grain would work, I bet.

I have never stepped foot in a TJ's -- we don't have one in KC.

I will pick up the fixings on a grocery trip this week. Sounds like a perfect summer salad. The weather has been fairly nice for the latter part of this week, but I imagine we'll have some scorching hot late summer weather here soon.

There is no way in heck the girl on the mat right now is 16 years old, or even 15. I'd put her about 13, maybe.

So sad! But yeah, any plain grain type situation you would cook and then add other stuff to would be good, I'm sure.

There are at least two Chinese gymnasts who are currently listed as 16 but were listed as 12 just two years ago.
