My god, the women volleyball players are
cut.
I know people were saying earlier, but goodness.
One of the things that was cool about crewing for dad's triathalons was seeing all the ranges of athletes' bodies. I still recall Mimi(?), who was a 75-80 year old who kicked ass. You'd see her around town, looking like just another slight, little old lady. And then you'd see her at a triathalon in short bike shorts and a sportsbra and holygod. That woman was lean and muscled.
My dad
never
beat her times, not even when he was at his prime.
Ewwwww ewwww ewwwwww Shrubwit's feeling up the volleyball players! Ewwwwwwww
At least
he's
not wearing a volleyballkini.
Barb, I was
trying
not to notice that. Thanks.
I'm hoping it is something stupid like simple dehydration.
Yeah, my mother was thinking it was that, but I guess he's been on an IV for hours, and it's not better yet. So, who knows.
Needless to say, I'm thisclose to getting on a bus, but I know it's unnecessary.
OMG from the afternoon broadcat, the "atvian beach volleyball team trains with matches of a team of 6 challenging the pair! That is some training!
I made a smoothie with frozen strawberries and fresh blueberries. It is very tasty but I think I went a little overboard and created a giant mutant smoothie of doom.
Barb, I was trying not to notice that. Thanks.
Sorry, sara-- I looked up from doing something else and it just ... caught me by surprise.

Blame the hub. He says very bad things sometimes. And then for reasons I don't understand, I post them.
Oh, Jesse. I hope it's cleared up and identified and he's home by morning. Do what you need to.
So shrift, you'll be smoothie-ing for a week?
One of the things I like about this whole wireless deal , is that I'm sitting here and Devi's asleep by my feet, with one paw curled around my big toe, and the other tucked into my arch. She likes "touching" me when she sleeps. Last night Mister Kitty discovered he could lie under one arm and rest his head on the corner of the laptop.
Not great for keeping cathair out of the keyboard, but comforting.
