I get it, they’re boycotting McDonald’s. Are they boycotting Strunk & White too?
Ah-ha-ha! I want to marry this comment and have its tartly snarky little babies!
IOCompletelyAbsurdAngryIdiotsN, a few hours ago I broke down and commented on a suicide-barriers-across-the-GGB thread at sfgate.com, and was informed by another commenter that since I support the barrier I am clearly a liberal science-lover who hates God and won't allow any alternatives to evolution to be discussed in the schools, which he thinks is bitingly ironic since by promoting barriers I am interfering with natural selection.
I thought that guy was pretty awesome, but the McDonald's boycotters are even better. Those folks are neck and neck with the cakewrecks for the bestest internet things ever today.
My milkshake will totally have meaning now!
But will it bring all the boys to the yard?
Why so crazy, people??
It's just what people do.
...It's summer. It's hot. There's nothing good on TV.
...people think, "I guess it's time to put the crazy pants on."
Wow, only 1000 posts to go until we change threads!
I think we slut for numbers less here than we did at Salon and WX.
Also, I remember that someone had an idea, back when writing on the but of pants was new, to make "crazy pants" or "cranky pants" or something like that. I did alwas like that idea.
I alwahys told my (former before she got let go) boss that I had m cranky pants on for the day, and she knew to ignore my whining.
My daughter just referred to one of her toy animals as "Bad Horse."
I only watched Dr. Horrible after she was in bed...
