Natter 59: Dominate Your Face!

I can do that as a variant of doing push-ups against a wall, right?
Yep, or with your hands on a (stable, please!) chair or some other intermediate height -- more resistance than the wall when you're ready to move up, but nowhere near as hard as the floor.
Tricep dips are
awesome,
IME, but I'm somehow dorkily required to give the standard disclaimers of Way Recommended For Strength But Visible Results Will Vary From One Body To the Next; and No Such Thing As Localized Fat Loss (Even Though Localized Strength Training Works Like Whoa).
What does the Trixie dress usually run?
I wish they had a pink one.
... and thank you, Sue! I was kinda hoping someone would ask, because while I'm unlikely to buy one, I was intrigued by all this talk of polka dots!

grins at disclaimers
Yeah, I know. But I figure doing tricep dips at my desk every day is better than doing nothing at all.
Thanks Sue, I found the site myself with a bit of googling--and a good eye for what dress might appeal to a wide variety of buffistae. It *is* a very cute dress, I might need to order it too. I'm liking the cherry print, but I know I'm not an XS, so I'd probably go with the navy. Not sure the sizing works for me, I think my boobs need an S and my waist needs an M.
Am not buying new clothes. Am not.
OMG I want to just shower and go to bed, but have to wait another hour or so for someone to come pick up some keys and then there is the business of bathing and getting mac to bed.
Burrell, it should be elastic enough for the smaller size to work.
Okay, I'm rereading the sizing chart and realize I'm a 6/8, not a S/M. It's a minor annoyance, but I wish women's sizing was uniform. I find it a bit crazy making that I can wear anything from an S to an L and a 6 to a 12 depending on the brand/designer.

That's a shame msbelle because you'd rock that dress so hard.
eep, I may be talking myself into it and I really shouldn't be buying new clothes either.
I'm in my own bed. With my own blankie. And my puppies snoring nearby. And new issue of InStyle beside me (even if it has Rihanna on the cover, whom I can't stand).
There will be a cup of tea and biscotti within the next hour before I completely pass out.
Bliss.
Not Bliss is the four pounds gained in NYC. I have to get motivated to work out again. Feh.

Sigh. Yeah, sadly I just got a free dress from someone I know, and while the bottom fit (it was maybe a little bit but not so big that it looked too big, just comfy), the top was made for someone with like, C or D cup boobs, and so it swam on me. I'm trying to decide if I should bother to do something about it (free dress!) or just try to find someone it would fit better than me.
