Natter 59: Dominate Your Face!
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
The website has been working fine for me. I've watched at least three times this evening. It will eventually be available on DVD and I hear it is available on sites that those with scurvy often frequent.
Patiently waiting Strega's commentary on merging.
"sites that those with scurvy often frequent."
Um, huh? (I've never downloaded a movie in my life, so know nothing about it-bay orrent-tay, etc.)
Oh, well, in other things to watch on the intertubes, there's a new cartoon of Simon's Cat, the cartoon cat that likes to annoy his owner (in previous cartoons, he woke up his owner with a baseball bat to the eye and demanded entry through a glass door) and then point to his mouth, demanding food. This one is soooo my cat, demanding attention while I'm trying to watch TV.
At the DH website, all I keep getting is "This video is not available at this site."
Oh, my. I changed browsers and got through no problem. I guess something was being cached.
I'm in a whole lot of love right now.
Wait--is that where the Serenity premiere afterparty was held? It just seems right seeing NF and NPH there, and, well, it is the only place I've seen either of them in person.
Next week I'll discuss merging! (Subtitled, "If letting one car in front of you will make you late to work, maybe you should just get up 2 minutes earlier.")
I wax rhapsodical about people in Portland knowing how to MERGE. It's not a difficult concept and makes traffic flow so much easier. People, we are not asking you to do math or actually care about people other than yourself, this makes *your* life better if you'd just do it.
To make up for this brilliance, no one here knows how to use a four way stop if someone is turning left.
The traffic gods give with one hand and annoy the hell out of me with the other.
Yes, ita. It was filmed on the Universal lot where the premiere afterparty was. I'm not sure how you recognized it though. I was at the party and I never put two and two together.
I remember walking around the Mall with meara & co (Vortex, were you there?) at night and they kept breaking into song. It was rather hilarious. Couldn't be stopped.
Hah! I do not remember this, but it definitely sounds like something I would do. Um, what songs were we singing? Was this during the F2F, or some other event?
Oh, ND, I'm so sorry for your loss.
If I followed your "Beep Me" posts properly, it seemed like he wanted his passing away to happen at home, surrounded by you, his loved ones. It's good to know that at least he got that. And that you managed to be there.
Peace and love to you, and all the rest of your family.
I'm sorry to hear that, ND. I hope there was as least pain as possible and glad you got to see him.
Peace to you and your family.
