Yes, if he ignores all the other healthy drinks (like fruit juice) that have more sugar--and I think that restricting yourself to the smallest serving size of Coke is either disingenuous or sloppy.
I agree that fruit juice is just not healthy, but it's not pitched as water. Honestly I thought a can of coke was 8 oz, so I mea culpa on that.
I'm drinking wine out of a box right now AI... not bad. But at $14 for 3 litres (at Cost Plus) I consider it a bargain.
Now I want pizza and beer for dinner. You people are evil.
despite no one here mentioning it, I want a raspberry lambic like woah! Of course, I wanted one last Friday also, so it may just be a relatively constant want. must find a local source.

But they are pitched as healthy, no? And healthy is what he was saying VitaminWater wasn't? Because if I picked up one of those 12oz bottles of VitaminWater I just got myself 50% of my RDA of 6 vitamins and minerals, with not that much tradeoff in sugar. However, when presented with a wall of Natural Juices and Odwalla, it sure seems like the fruity Odwalla's should cure what ails ya--but only if you're careful. Often they're mostly candy.
Oh Kat! I'm so very sorry. I'm going to repeat Teppy though and hope it makes you feel a little better:
He sounds like an ideal patient -- healthy and active -- and will probably do very well and recover completely and in a fairly timely manner.
+++++++
Don't make that public! Pundits will start going on about how his role models make deals with the Devil!
HA! Well, his little sister has talked about it, so.
His little sister who is
yet another
race and probaby a stealth Muslim as well.
I want a raspberry lambic like woah!
Yum. A good Belgian lambic is a beautiful thing.
See, also, most yogurts.
Fuck yes. I went on a snack spree last week or so for healthyish stuff to keep in the office, and now I have all this yoghurt that's too sweet for me to make it all the way through. I'd gotten so close on my search for a perfect yoghurt, but then migraines got in the way...hmmm....I wonder if I know enough to be able to work around that now. Maybe I'll be back to simple Greek style yoghurt! Thanks for the memory jab!
I like to buy plain yogurt and add my own fruit.
