Rumor has it that Hillary is dropping out.
I'm going to cry. I can't help it. I feel like this is as close as we'll get in my lifetime to a woman POTUS.
And I'm not disappointed b/c of the removal of the possibility of any woman POTUS, as if any old generic woman would do; I like Hillary. I think she could do a kick-ass job.
And yes, I really REALLY want to see a woman POTUS in my lifetime. Of course I do.
Other rumors say she's staying in 'til the convention in August.
And despite how much I want to see her in the Oval Office, it would be so damaging to the party for her to stay in for 2 more months. Seriously. As much as I hate the idea of her dropping out, if the AP's delegate tally is correct, she needs to drop out now.

I am always confused by Plei's dislike of water. I drink lots and lots of it. And I've mostly given up coffee in favor of tea. Except, oh, when I'm traveling for work and am having to be awake, coherent, and sociable FAR earlier than my body thinks is acceptable. Then? Then I go back to coffee, brought to my hotel room by invisible gnomes.

I think not a possum because she's the one who told me they don't carry rabies when I was worried because the dog had cornered one.
