Having drafted a clickwrap license myself, they are pretty ridiculously draconian. If it bothers you you shouldn't buy the software.
Yeah, but as someone who is not a lawyer I wanted to make sure I was not reading it wrong before I did that. Also, if I am not reading it wrong,I will write the software maker to ask them if this was really their intention. Both reasonable steps.

My sympathies, Sue. It's never easy, even when it's the right thing. Megan, it's great you were able to go along, even just to handle the crying part so Megan didn't have to. Only half-kidding, you know.
