Worst Summer Cocktail - Pina Colada
I cry foul as I was just reading that a real Pina Colada isn't a creamy frozen drink, but much closer to a margarita, except with rum in the place of tequila.

Admittedly I prefer to cut my VitaminWater with more water by a half, but when their serving size is 12oz and sugar is 19g, how is that comparable to a 8oz of coke with 27g of total carbs?
a bottle of this stuff carries nearly as much sugar and calories as a can of Coke
Puh-lease. Different size bottles, all bigger than the average can of Coke.

When I need a sports drink, I buy it in powder form and dilute it by 25% or so when I make it.
I always get Gatorade, because I compared its percentages of sodium and potassium to those of Powerade, and Powerade is really just barely half a step away from being Kool-Aid. Gatorade seems to have a decent amount of the electrolytes. (And my own anecdotal experience is that Gatorade always makes me feel better if I'm dehydrated and ready to expire, while Powerade generally does not.)
