I had varying degrees of insomnia all last week, but I've actually slept well and long the last two nights. For me, I feel relatively peppy.

I have spent the most of last 13 hours in bed. Three hours lying down and snuggling with Pico. Up for an hour to feed the cats and brush teeth etc. Another 7 hours sleeping. Up for an hour feeding Pico. Three more hours napping with Pico. I am living on a cat's schedule.

Is anyone watching the Hopkins documentary on ABC? I'm pissed they didn't profile my best friend who is an Emergency doc there, because she is fascinating and hilarious. She does show up in a video on the ABC website for the show though!! On the doctor profile page:
