I was just reading in some magazine the other day that 1)Marine blue eyeshadow is the in color for summer and 2) when getting dressed up it's glam to do a sheer wash of the color dress you are wearing (the example was someone in a green dress with green/gold eyemakeup)
I was thinking about trying for a blue/silver combination. Hmm. I'll have to give it a test run. I see a trip to Sephora in my future!
I thought shrift was wearing A Marine to the wedding.
A blue marine in a dress? This sounds like a Smurf version of the village people.
So, what are people doing this weekend?
Tonight: JZ's birthday. Low key, treats and flopping around.
Tomorrow: Tournament of Champions, Championship Game! (Which probably sounds redundant.) If we win, then we are the best team of the 150 in District 4. If we lose, we're the second best team of the 150 in District 4.
Sunday: Probably sneak off to a movie by myself. Maybe Iron Man.
I'd like to see Iron Man. I think I'll have to wait until DVD though.

What color eyes do you have?
I seriously need a trip to Sephora but don't have one conveniently located any more.

If you're not up for spending that much if you aren't sure you'll like the combo. This drugstore brand has a really pretty blue and silver. [link] as does this [link]
Weekend plans, cat snuggling, cat indulging.
I made the mistake of running over the mall to go to the drugstore (the mall is my closest anything store). It's grading day, so it's a zoo over there. OI! I almost got run over by some teen driving a brand new Jeep. Probably her Goddamn grading present.
A gay pride chippendale's centaur
Yeouch. Not just Patrick Swayze, but Patrick Swayze specifically from that SNL sketch with Chris Farley.
Though I really don't remember him being a centaur in that one. Pretty sure I'd have noticed that.
Weekend plans include, um, not being at work?
Supposedly there's a picnic for all the parents at D's daycare to get to know each other, but nobody's sent me the info yet.
That would have stuck out, yes.
