Now tagless for your comfort.

I made French toast for breakfast--some crusty French bread, added a bit of vanilla to the eggs & milk and sliced fresh, farmer's market strawberries.

Go, Allyson! I'm glad weight isn't the only metric they're paying attention to. Sounds like changes are happening for the better.

The kids and I are outside this morning, since Owen doesn't have school. Liv's playing with a little golf club and Owen's watching bugs.

Happy Birthday, JZ!

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

My hopeful plan is to buy my parent's Prius when they replace it and modify it to a be a plug-in.

With solar panels on the roof?

Much better plan than the chicken shit methane motorbike Michael Beck's character made in Warlords of the 21st Century.

With solar panels on the roof?

A bit too expensive for me.

Gud's burrito comment is what I get as the last post.

People keep making statements to which a burrito is the correct response.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

A burrito is always the correct response! Yes, I am still 45 minutes away from lunch.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I'm still eating breakfast.

I will not have a burrito for lunch, as AFAIK there are no places that sell burritos within walking distance of my office.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I probably should have gotten a burrito. Instead I got a sandwich.

Also, a truck driver told me he loved me via sign language, so that's something, right?

61 minutes to lunchtime here. I think I'm going to get a big salad, since the cafeteria's choices for Friday lunches are usually not that great. They like to have a big buffet of mostly fried foods, which is easy for the kitchen to cook and serve, and which I am never in the mood for.

I want Indian, instead--they made a decent chicken tikki masala at the cafeteria, but only serve it once or twice a month.

Any Bayistas looking for extra cash? Seems like a good gig. If the position hasn't already been filled.

You should get a burrito.

Yesterday was burrito day. I mean, today could be burrito day as well, but I feel it is my gastronomic duty to sample another cuisine.
