Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.
I'm going to cop to having worn white hose (as sheer as possible) in the past five years. What other colour hose was I supposed to wear with white shoes? And don't tell me I wasn't supposed to wear those. Sometimes it had to be like that.
