up. Toddler wants to go to the beach. now.
We saw dolphins last night at sunset. Usually they just swim and show off their dorsal fins. Last night they were leaping and flipping and stuff. I'm going to take that as a sign of good things to come.
Iris is taking it as a sign that we should live on the beach or get there asap.
At work.
I am interleafing blue sheets of paper between sections of 20 notebooks. Is boring. Student who could be doing something is working for someone else (annoying cow-worker) and is also here 1 hour early. Which is annoying because I have him in the afternoon, and he will have to leave me one hour early, and I will get him for 3 hours, not four. But I wish I could have him now, and he could do filing for someone else later, but we have to "trade" ahead of time.
I would like to go to the beach now! Sadly, I have to go to work.

I came in to find that one of my co-workers quit yesterday (got a job w/ a competitor). Leaving the rest of us a shitload of cleanup with his clients. Ugh.
