You're wrong about River. River's not on the ship. They didn't want her here, but she couldn't make herself leave. So she melted... Melted away. They didn't know she could do that, but she did.

Coworker was supposed to email us as to the status of his jury duty tonight. As of now, he has not. I really REALLY don't want him to be on a jury so I can take Weds. on offf. Crap. Don't have a good feeling about this.

Also have either a toothache or sinus issues. Can't tell. Pressure systems changing make it hard to tell. Hope it is sinus, because I still haven't found a new dentist on my plan. I'll go back to the old one, but it'll cost me a lot.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That's as solid a confirmation of someone's gayness as it's possible to get without actually sleeping with him, isn't it?

Yes.

Ugh, Sara.

I hate that shit. Sometimes you just have to swap tiles.

OTOH, I was playing a stranger last night, and it was almost embarassing how good my tiles were.

I'm trying to be proactive about the pain thing. It started when I had to have the windows open and I've been sneezing a lot. But. Well, there are a few buts. Like chewing on plastic ice cubes (bananas, grapes, limes, flamingos) helps a lot.

As for the family thing, I can put my parents on a train to do the DC thing on Weds, and get another coworker to cover by getting her chocolate. I just don't like doing that to them. But, parents.

Do I have it? My email is my username.1 at gmail.

They'll probably be fine, they've both toured D.C. on their own without me. I just wish I could go with them.

OK, the host of Hollywood 411 on the TV Guide channel just asked Liza Minelli out on a date. That's as solid a confirmation of someone's gayness as it's possible to get without actually sleeping with him, isn't it?

Umm, but Liza Minelli is sexy. If I lived near her, and knew her well enough that date asking was reasonable, and had the guts I'd totally ask her out. Have I just topped Plei and Henry Kissinger?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I saw a girl a few days ago wearing a purple keffiyeh. I was confused. The rest of her outfit was typical designer wannabe.
