Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Hey Susan, speaking of Facebook, I think one of your friends wants to friend me, but I'm not in the habit of friending strangers. But her name is I think Keira something? Does that ring a bell?

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Good gracious-- Lillian is almost unbearably cute!

The potential uses of oxytocin offer commercial possibilities well beyond individual patients too. Restaurants, for instance, could spray a thin mist over customers to put them at ease.

Doesn't this sound a little bit like what happened on Miranda in Serenity the movie?

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Ha! Serenity x-post with Sophia!

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Yeah, she's another aspiring writer that I know from both local events and Regency circles. My guess is that she's got your name confused with some writer or other.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Lillian is so damned cute!

We're gonna end up with Reavers, aren't we?

Looks like.

I love how DJ and Sophia come to the same conclusion. And yeah, just seems so wrong to me. I mean I love learning more and more about how the brain works, but I'm very leery of the trend towards cosmetic neurology.

I'm thinking it's more "hey, doc, I'm worried that my spouse is looking around... do have anything I can surreptitiously spray on his/her food so I don't have to go to all the trouble of talking about our issues?"

But doesn't that sound wildly illegal?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The one pictures looks a little like it would flop down over the ribbon on some people if not tied tight enough-- it looks like it is just satin

Actually, it's not floppy at all--quite stiff. The floppiest of the obis are the VS ones, but they're overlapped cummerbund style. Blackrabbit's belts are quite stiff taffeta-ish.

You may not be able to tell, but is the fabric itself stiff or is it fused to a stiffer interfacing?

This post from the unnecessary quotation marks blog is making me laugh, although it is the parentheses, not the quotation marks in which I find humor. (I am not going to make these to sell, but I might want to make myself one!)
