I'm tempted to get up and walk out the door at 6, but since I am taking a three day weekend that probably won't fly. My poor boss will hear quite a rant if we are still here after 6 though. So delicious! Damn it was good. Though they call it "Bourbon Butter Pecan" now. I expect Jack Daniels had not licensed their name for that product, but I'm pretty sure it's still an ingredient.
It's sort of like a whiskey sauce with that combination of bite and butter. But cold and creamy!
