Art Crawl!!!

Yes! Overflowed. . . now why couldn't I remember that word?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Hmm... McDo does sound strangely tempting, now that you mention it. Meet you in front of the building in a few?

Hmmm, overflown. . . overflooded? Nothing seems right.

Overtopped!

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

The director of that used to be on staff at the church I used to go to!

He (or she?) and your old church must be made of awesome then!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

The death of a classmate may be the one thing that freaks out kids the most.

We had a 6th grader pass away this year (cancer). It was pretty horrendous and I don't think his team ever really recovered.

Punishingly Intricate

lisah - where did you go? I was going to say Mezze or their new one... hey. Have you been to Asahi? Looks scary. Is not. Up past Ding How.

To Kali's Court actually! I mentioned it but thought it might be too fancy but our office manager (ish...his title is not exactly clear to me) was all for it since he pays the bills anyway! it was delicious!!! I want to try Meli (the new one) but I think it's lunch menu is pretty limited.

I have been to Asahi. Not scary at all! yummy!

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Huh. On the heels of yesterday's roast-your-own coffee beans discussion, I came across this on boston.com: [link]

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I never knew about roasting your own beans, but now I have a birthday gift idea for my F-BiL!
