I'm thinking about buying something very expensive. Maybe an antelope.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

She was the basis of the best compliment I ever received as an adolescent.

Well, I don't doubt that you have good legs.

That's sad about Cyd. Others may prefer her with Fred Astaire, but I'll always think about her saucy strip at the beginning of The Silencers.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I really quite love them, but why are Elizabeth Perkins and Amy Madigan on my teevee talking about Westerns like they are experts?

Funny you mention Britney Spears...

Doria Biddle, 38, walked Collin, her long-haired dachshund, two blocks from her home to the West Hollywood park where couples were being married Tuesday.

"He already tried to eat somebody's wedding cake," she said.

Noting that she is a single lesbian, Biddle said, "I thought it would be fun to stand here looking jilted and heartbroken."

"I'm single, so it's not even a pipe dream at this point," she said. "I hope people don't rush into it because of this. We don't need any more Britney Spears weddings."

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Well, I don't doubt that you have good legs.

Better when I was 12, probably. And my mother's office was in a converted mansion, so there was a grand staircase to come down.

I'm finally watching the Goren L&O:CI premiere, and it's a total Oz reunion! Good times.

"I thought it would be fun to stand here looking jilted and heartbroken."

I'm sorry, that's just weird.

Better when I was 12, probably.

When I was 12, I had this lovely purple bathing suit and my friends father told me I had a nice figure. Her mother was all concerned because "Sophia has boobies" and her daughter didn't. Her sister just liked to brush my hair forever. In retrospect, it was sort of traumatizing...

Ah, I guess I should have pasted in more of the quote:

Joking aside, Biddle said watching the ceremonies warmed her heart. She hoped the marriages would increase mainstream acceptance of gays and lesbians, a wish repeated by many people on Tuesday.

OK, that's better. But Sophia's story is weird!

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

And there was pink soap residue in my sink. If they tried just cleaning the coils to fix it, they are fucking nuts. IT WAS LEAKING FREON.

Probably they were using the soap as a leak-finder. Coat the coil with liquid soap or strong soapy water, pressurize the coil, any leaks create bubbles.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

She was the basis of the best compliment I ever received as an adolescent.
