I've been so out of it with the travelling -- hadn't heard about the Hockey Night song "theft" but I can understand how that would be annoying and disorienting. Hope that public opinion will make them reconsider the wisdom of taking it away from the rightful place.

The NYC Dept of Ed sent home a Fitness thing on the kids. They do a full fitness exam for kids 10 and older, but for little ones they measure height and weight and spit out the simple take nothing into consideration BMI. I have a hivemind question: I'm trying to figure out what to charge someone for downloading a pdf. I know I've seen pdfs to download for a price, usually manuals and such, but I can't find any right now. I need to give pricing advice to the guy I'm designing the pdf for.
