This is for a wedding that you're in? I always thought shower gifts were optional for members of the wedding party; they're supposed to be invited to all the showers, but they're not required to get a present for every single one. And, since they're presumably spending a chunk on being in the wedding in the first place, if they do bring a shower gift it doesn't have to be a pricey one.

Oh god, that reminds me. I got invited to a baby shower for someone that I don't think I'm friends with. We were definitely friendly in grad school, but never much beyond that. But I do like her! But I still don't know if I care enough to go to the suburbs to give her a present, the week before she moves out of New York. You know?

Sunday - church, mac and uncle going to see king fu panda, no idea what I will do
