I'm a single undead gal trying to make it in the big city. I have to start somewhere and they're evil here. They don't judge. They've got necro-tempered glass. No burning up. A great medical plan, and who needs dental more than us?

Art Crawl!!!

But wouldn't you get bounce-back effect when the caffeine wears off?

Then you apply more caffeine.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Then you apply more caffeine.

But then you build up a tolerance, and you just need more and more. Then one day you can't find your coffee and you flip out and trash your place....

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Or even an unusual one.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I had always thought that in the long run, stimulant use can leave you more depressed.

Can, yes. But for me, caffeine helps me in the run-up to the day, and hopefully I don't need it once I get engaged in the day. It's just necessary to get out of the "I don't want to be awake and functioning" funk I have most mornings.

Just as long as we're all on the same page....

Today's lunch debate: Thai, sushi, or burrito?

Polter-Cow - Jun 06, 2008 9:26:23 am PDT #1577 of 10003
What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Thai sushi burrito.

Sushi!

Because I have no sushi option for lunch, aside from the mediocre stuff they have at the nearby grocery store.

I think I will have steak.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Thai!
