No. You're missing the point. The design of the thing is functional. The plan is not to shoot you. The plan is to get the girl. If there's no girl, then the plan, well, is like the room.

I think he was also in the second episode, ita. Sort of. IIRC, he's "missing" and then Reid finds a letter from him at the end.

She is, ironically, allergic to venison

I didn't know that was POSSIBLE!

I, too, have a 7AM meeting, ita. But I am so very glad that it is a teleconference from my home office, rather than something I have to commute somewhere for.

And to continue the morning vs. evening shower thing, when I was in high school and had waist length hair, I would shower at night, so that it would dry by morning. Because I don't think I owned a blow dryer. And when it was that long, it couldn't really do much to look funny, by sleeping on it. I'd just braid it.

Apart from sports, "my secret favorite thing on earth is ketchup. I will put ketchup on anything. But it has to be Heinz." - my husband, Michael Vartan

I have meara's high school hair!

Unrelatedly, I've become completely addicted to milk lately. I've always loved milk products, like chocolate milk and, of course, cheese, but I'd only like milk with cookies, not straight up. Lately, though, I can't get enough. And it's 1% milk, so it's not like I'm finding all the fat super delicious. Maybe it's the fact that it's the organic kind? Does that somehow make is sweeter and more like crack? Because, seriously, I come home craving milk. I buy a gallon and finish it long before it goes bad (which is admittedly far off, but still!). I just had two giant cups for dinner, and then felt kinda guilty and made myself some soup to go with it. But all I really wanted was the milk. What is wrong with me?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I am, for some reason, still awake. And now I'm reading Anne's House of Dreams and disliking it, as usual. Miss Stacey would not have let Anne write something like the story of Leslie.

I am so sick of doing math. Actually, I'm so sick of looking at these same three things that I've been working on all year. I need something new, but I also need to finish writing up the first one of these and then actually get somewhere on the others. But I'm so tired of it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I woke up too early. I guess it's good, since I have a 9 o'clock meeting, but I'm so tired! It must be a sleep-cycle thing, because I often wake up early when I've gone to bed late -- it's like my body knows I don't have time for one more cycle, so just wakes me up ahead of time.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I woke up as Jesse this morning apparently.

I had to skip like 600 posts. Work has gotten so busy, I'm constantly way behind.

Susan and Hec! I went to a baseball game on Monday! I will never like it as much as my other sports, but we stayed for the whole thing (with 90 year old bar patron in tow) and I got to see a grand slam. And I voted for some of y'all's guys for the All Star game. Either names I knew y'all mentioned or I went back and forth. I did vote for a couple of Rangers though.

Hockey is over now? That means comic book boyfriend will shave his beard. Pooh. I liked the scruff. Who won? If it wasn't the Red Wings my coworker will be pissy when he gets back from Mexico.

Lastly, I just finished a skirt last weekend that I know lisah-and probably anyone else who likes skulls and cross bones would love. I'll have pictures in a sec.

Here we go. Damn, it took forever to get those off my phone.

Also, forgot to mention EDDIE IZZARD tonight! I have to find someone to go with me since I think best friend is going to flake.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Home recuperating today.(I'm also taking tomorrow off. Dunno if I'll need it, but I have plenty of sick time stored up. Can't hurt.)

Usually shower in the morning, unless I've been out in the heat and sweating like mad, and feel too gross to go to bed like that. I have to wait to shower today because of the post-surgery thing.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

DJ, Detroit won. Thought there was almost a game tying goal again from Pittsburgh in the last second of the third period. But alas there wasn't.

Ooh, what a great skirt!

I totally beat everyone into the office today (except one).
