Buffy. When I saw you stop the world from, you know, ending, I just assumed that was a big week for you. Turns out I suddenly find myself needing to know the plural of 'apocalypse.'

Spike's Bitches 41: Thrown together to stand against the forces of darkness

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Dear God, Scrappy. I'm so sorry. I hope you hear from/of him soon, love. That poor guy.

DJ, you've been hanging in there for her, but it seems pretty clear that at this point there's not much you can do to help your (B)F(F). And the fact that she's being so dodgy around you pretty much speaks for itself there - she's choosing The Guy over you, and on some level she knows that he's a pillock, exactly as you keep telling her, but she's either denying it to herself, or pretending that it's a temporary thing.

Honestly, love, I think you just need to take a step back at this point.

(Ha! Meara clearly doing her best to get through those 90 posts there!)

I'm wincing about your ketchup shamblefest. (And yet the prospect of Peeves getting ketchupped, and ketchupping over perfect strangers, does make me giggle. Um. Possibly because he's usually so impeccable? Or possibly because, you know, goretastic. A sneaky way to pull hot vampire chicks and their demon bunny sidekicks, perhaps?)

Nice drag king pics, though, love!

Also - BLESS the kitties! Were there pictures of Momo at any point? Did I miss them?

And I agree that 42 should certainly involve questions or answers. Hmm.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

aw Meara, sorry to hear about Ketchup-fest 2008. Maybe if you advertise ahead of time, you'll get more patrons. Market it as a "Gallaghar" type of affair, and to bring tarp and all. IJS. Just an idea. a brainstorm. Use it, or not. Aw hell, it's 3am, clearly from this post I should go to bed.

What I am wondering now is, why the hell is Sci-Fi channel airing the Stargate SG-1 episodes in crazy random orders. A few from season 4, then a bunch from season 8, then jump to halfway through season 9, then back to 7. C'mon people! I want to watch it in order! I'm up to season 7, and they are only airing mid season 8. WHATEVER.

t /whining

off to bed. I'm sure by the time I can read b.org, we will be in 42. Spikes 42 - WE are the answer. Fuck the mice.

Oh, meara, what a night!

Timelies all! Let's get this thread moving!

Um...content. So, I'm thinking about my final project for my summer class. I probably should have done that before now, but better late than never, right?

such a flirt.

more like beyond ability to function. I've read everything though - not that I can respond coherently...

in lieu of that, a better photo link (Jars & JarsDH photo somewhere in there) - [link]

“Not dead yet!”

Timelies all. Coffee. Oooh, 88 posts to go.

Yeah, I'm working on that first cup of coffee. And wondering why I have three dogs when they think that 7:30 is a good time to do the WWE thing.

Actually, just the two girl dogs. Mooshu could care less, so long as they're not wrestling on top of him and disturbing his nap.

Heh. I can totally relate. I'm dog sitting right now, and Pumpkin is a wild girl. Toto is perfectly happy to sit around all day, but Pumpkin is running back and forth and whipping toys around and jumping over the dog and me and furniture. It's funny, but...

“Not dead yet!”

Everyone has settled down for their post-breakfast nap, thankfully. Of course, they've settled down around my desk chair, so it makes getting out to get more coffee a bit of an... adventure.

Heh. Pumpkin just curled up on the futon, thank goodness. But, not before dumping my cup of coffee all over me, the couch, and the laptop. Oh, well.

Purty pictures, Sox!

The woman who is organizing -- and I use the term loosely -- orientation for our new students told me one thing in an email and did another. Then she tried to tell me I'd gotten it wrong, but I had the email sitting in front of me. Now she's trying to make it up to me, but is only making things worse. After coffee I need to translate "back off, bitch" into administrative speak before she does any more organizing.

"back off, bitch" into administrative speak

isn't that "let's schedule a meeting to discuss..." ?
