Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
Today is our 2nd wedding anniversary and approx. 15th "us" anniversary. We have gone to dog class and then we are going to buy something for the yard as a present to ourselves. Thank you cool store for having a big sale on our Anniversary! [link]
Tonight we get our traditional In 'n Out burgers, then to the Hollywood Bowl to celebrate (in the same fashion as ND and Kristin!). J got a fancy bottle of wine at his last car junket, so we're bringing that. What kind of dessert thing goes with red wine?
May I also say that I love my husband very much and still feel incredibly lucky to have him.

I'm all moved in. Well except for the cat. So almost moved in. ANd we left the tools at home. Opps.
Mom is convinced that the desk will go through what will be my office.
I have a two bedroom apartment! Whoot! I'm taking pictures, I tried to steal wireless but it was all security enabled but my cable works so I'm plugged in right now.
Did find where the previous tenant drilled a hole from the living room to the office room to run the cable. Oh and he left a cat carrier (among other things but we just noticed the cat carrier). I'll clean it up and yay! cat carrier!
Which I needed.
Now to find my dishes and unpack them and run them to my in my new dishwasher.
um, my apartment likes carrots.

My flight to Miami has been canceled. The plane is out of service. They are trying to find another plane but have no idea when that will happen the other flight to Miami today is almost completely sold out. I wouldn't be so stressed if I weren't trying to catch a cruise tomorrow. This is the one Drew is working that I'm tagging along on for free. Thing is, it leaves tomorrow with or without me. And I checked a bag, so even if I get there, my bag may not. I could just cry right now. I was so looking forward to a break from this summer and for having some time together when we're both not completely stressed, even if Drew is working. He's on another flight, so at least he'll get there. I could use some travel-ma.
ETA: I misspoke. The flight is not canceled by delayed indefinitely. Please, please let them find another plane. If they don't, the first flight is tomorrow morning at 7:45. I don't know if that would give me enough time.

"Delayed indefinitely" fills me with images of lemon-soaked towelettes.
I'd say start making a nuisance of yourself right now and demanding that they put you on another plane on another airline if necessary, plus cash for the lost bag. They don't need to know the cruise was free.
