Well, then, this is a day I'll feel good to be me.

Spike's Bitches 41: Thrown together to stand against the forces of darkness

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Truly True Moments is being brought to you by the makers of "Holy Crap, did I really just say that?" - the board game that's sweeping the nation. Also, by the makers of Prell.

Sentence spoken by one of my classmates in speech class last night during her speech on traveling:

"Learn the language. At least learn key phrases so that you can get help if you need it. I had trouble the first time I went to Europe because I didn't speak any French or British."

This has been Truly True Moments. We thank you for being with us today and remember - when you say something stupid, chances are it'll end up on the internet with lots of people laughing at you.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

eggs, bacon, and banana bread

Mmmmmm. Sounds right nom-able to me.

I had 7-grain toast with real butter and lime marmalade. Not bad, but I'm sure I'll be starving by lunch.

Mostly lurking...

Oh, Aims, that's just...so sad! I can't laugh. I'm too mortified.

Yeah - like a speech that was planned. And had a PP presentation.

She also said "like" THIRTY-FOUR TIMES in 3 minutes.

Librarian Warlord

Aimee, please tell me you raised your hand and asked her what the heck?

I am back from vacation. Not happy about it.

I did not. I opted for the frantic turning of my head to see if anyone else in class had heard it or if I was the wrong-headed craxy one.

I was not one.

Art Crawl!!!

Okay, I can laugh at your classmate and I AM.

My breakfast: toast with cream cheese. I'm out of milk - and yogurt and any number of food items. And I have lots of errands I was going to do but I'm getting sweaty just sitting here which is making me not want to do them.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I am taking today off for no good reason so I slept in and walked to a local diner for breakfast. Now I'm back on the couch and watching America's Test Kitchen.

I re-watched the S4 Dr. Who finale last night (the one airing tonight on SciFi)and (spoileryness) I cried like a baby. Like full on heaving sobs, gave myself a headache and stomachache wailing. I started as soon as I saw all the Children of Time around the Tardis controls.

So good!

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I'm also taking today off. It is K-Bug's last day in Colorado, I have to get her to the airport at ass'o'clock tomorrow morning. Today, we are going to see Dark Knight on IMAX.
