Spike's Bitches 41: Thrown together to stand against the forces of darkness

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I mean, aren't Masons all about the widow's son, anyway?

Speaking of, I met Eric Millegan (Zack Addy from Bones, which if you don't watch, the segueway makes NO sense) last night, he did a cabaret at my theatre. It was eh. I feel like his voice was tired.

We interrupt this conversation for Kristin to freak out like a mammal about the fact that JC Penny is using The Breakfast Club as advertising fodder for Back to School.

It will never beat the bastardization to “I like back. Packs!”

Mostly lurking...

Why did it depress you? High prices? (which is indeed depressing)

Perzactly. Also, I've been eating on the cheap the last few months and actually BOUGHT groceries today, so it cost more. Obviously. But, I wanted to be able to fix some of my favorite things for CBD. I mean, he uses much more gas than I do because we spend most of our time at my place, but eee gads! That was quite the grocery shopping trip.

Speaking of...I should get them put away.

HMOG that *always* cracked me up laughing. Always. To this day Tom will occasionally bust out with it.

It makes me laugh AND cry. It's one of those commericals that you really wanted to be in on the pitch meeting for it, just to see how they tried to spin it.

If any teacher wants to move to Central Florida, work in crappy circumstances but keep me company, Citrus County is need of teachers. As of this morning, my school has 5 openings.

The Buffista academy is sounding better and better. It would be a fabulous place to work.

You guys would let me be an administrative type, right? Dare I hope to be Supreme Arbiter of Buffista Academy Principal? Oh, wait, they call them "Head of School" now. You could make lots of jokes about School of Head ;)
