I am really upset by this "not going back to school" thing. I mean...I know it's my fault (Gummint won't give me money because I'm, uh...in default on my old student loan from 4,000 years ago), but still...I kinda hoped the Universe would give me a little credit for trying to get my shit together.

I guess not.

I give up.

On the other hand, I have half next week's KBs written, drawn, uploaded and scheduled. So, yay.

Go friggin' me.

Wacky dream last night: I was Sam on Reaper (and Ray Wise was the devil) and the demon I was hunting was played by the guy who played the gay Other on Lost. He was making albums disappear from history, and I watched in horror as Gang of Four's Solid Gold was erased from existence, and only I could remember it. Just really, really strange.

The entire student loan thing is corrupt. I didn't get my tax rebate because we always file joint and Hubby's ex-wife put her student loan in his name before the divorce etc. etc. I received a letter from whatever pseudo-government agency takes care of seizing tax stuff for student loans, and when I tried to call the phone number that was listed as "the only way you can contact us to resolve this matter", that phone number was disconnected.
