Spike's Bitches 41: Thrown together to stand against the forces of darkness

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Of course you'll be charming. Do the words Gothic Charm School mean nothing?!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Jilli, I can't get the site to load, but I am sure they are going to find you charming and endlessly fascinating, because you are.

Eep, the news is now wondering whether some of these storms are actually a tornado. Don't like.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Take a breath, Jilli, you come off very well. There's always an interesting contrast between the fancy of your fashion and the down to earth of your person.

The camera will love you.

You might also write the convention and visitors' bureau, megan, and stress how tourist-unfriendly this is to everyone you write. Tourists and conventioneers are important parts of the economy.

Jilli, I cannot imagine a circumstance under which you would not be charming and intriguing.

Yikes. There has been a ton of warnings on the news, and it looks like Southern New Hampshire was totally slammed.

Huh. It's actually OK in Boston right now. There was even a little bit of sun, but that was a couple of hours ago.

It's ok in Worcester too, but I don't think it is expected to stay that way.

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

...and it was good.

The restaurant I had lunch in found my glasses! Mom picked them up for me, so now I just have to drive back to RI to get them. Probably tomorrow.
